Afiniti has an exceptionally strong track record of seamless integration with all leading global telephony systems.

The enterprise communications providers we work with provide two-thirds of the world’s platforms. Though integrating AI into existing telephony environments can be complex, we have successfully completed over 250 ACD implementations to date.

Our Global Service Delivery (GSD) team has 14 years of experience deploying our behavioral pairing technology without impacting existing call center operations or call routing infrastructure. However, we recognized that natively installing our software on telephony infrastructure would shorten deployment times by up to 80%. We set about exploring this unprecedented path with our telephony partners.

In 2017, we broke new ground in the industry when our AI solution was natively installed into a telephony system, the first such implementation of its kind in the world.

Native integration effectively allows us to activate Afiniti Enterprise Behavioral Pairing rapidly and efficiently by simply sending updates to new and existing clients, removing the need for physical installation. Today, we have 12 native integrations, making it easy for our partners’ clients to deploy Afiniti in as little as 24 hours.

Afiniti and Avaya have a unique, decade-long strategic partnership. Afiniti is natively embedded in both inbound and outbound Avaya platforms including Avaya Aura Elite and Avaya Aura Proactive Outreach Manager.

Afiniti and Genesys have been partners for 10+ years, working closely to improve customer experiences across the world. In late 2021, the two companies announced an extended partnership to develop a native integration between Afiniti’s Enterprise Behavioral Pairing (EBP) technology and Genesys’s Multicloud CX platform.
