Christian is the Technical Account Manager at Afiniti. He is responsible for assisting clients during and after the go-live of Afiniti services.
Previously, Christian was a Professional Services Senior Manager in Italy for Genesys Telecommunications, a US-based provider of customer experience and call center software.
Christian began his career at Acroservizi S.p.a., an Italian contact center outsourcing company, and later held a series of administrative positions within the telecommunications industry.
Christian holds a diploma in Geometry from the Leonardo Da Vinci Institute in Milan. He likes music and motorcycles and is an avid traveler.
