Michelle Digulla is the Chief People Officer of Afiniti. In this role, she oversees all aspects of Afiniti’s human resources strategy and development, as well as culture, diversity and values.

Michelle previously served as the General Manager of Canada, and was responsible for leading all commercial operations, growth and client relationships in Canada, as well as expanding client engagement in the US.

Prior to joining Afiniti, she held leadership roles with several innovative businesses in the TMT space, including TELUS, where she oversaw Product Marketing and Go-to-Market, and Sony Mobile, where as GM she propelled market share to over 20% in Canada. Michelle went on to lead Motorola Mobility as the Canadian President until its acquisition by Google in 2012. She then led the marketing teams at the largest private wireless retailer in Canada before it was acquired in 2014. Michelle also led marketing and e-commerce at one of the largest newspaper and media companies in Canada.

Michelle is passionate about reducing childhood obesity and improving mental health for children through physical activity and inclusion. She was a board member of the YMCA, co-founded a local charity that builds playgrounds for children and sits on the foundation Board for Holland Bloorview Children’s Hospital in Toronto. Michelle is also an active supporter of women in leadership and technology and co-leads this initiative at Afiniti.

Michelle holds a BA in Political Science from York University and an MBA from McMaster University.
