Martha Bejar is a member of the Board of Directors of Afiniti. She also serves as a Senior Partner at DaGrosa Capital Partners, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Lumen, Commvault, Quadient, and Sportsman’s Warehouse.

Martha brings more than 35 years of experience in acquiring and building rapid growth businesses as a successful corporate executive. Prior to joining Afiniti in 2022, she served as the CEO of market-leading technology and telecom companies, including Unium, Flow Mobile and Wipro Infocrossing, where she led over $1B in value through a range of capital market transactions. She also previously served on the boards of Mitel Corporation, Polycom, and Humm Kombucha.

Martha is also a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and is on the Board of Trustees at Rainier Scholars a nonprofit organization. She has received numerous industry awards, including: 2020 Top Corporate Director by Latino Leader Magazine, 2019 NACD Directorship 100, and 2018 Top Corporate Director by Latino Leaders Magazine.

Martha graduated Cum Laude with an MBA from Nova Southeastern and graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami. She also received an Advanced Management degree from Harvard University Business School.
