Persona pairing is an artificial intelligence (AI) technique that matches each customer with the AI agent persona most likely to produce the best outcome for that interaction. A persona is the voice, tone, pacing, and conversational style an AI agent uses. The information stays the same; how it is delivered changes to fit the customer.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An AI agent can operate with multiple personas, each with a distinct communication style. Some customers respond better to a brisk, direct style; others to a slower, more reassuring one.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A model learns from past interactions which persona performs best for which types of customers and situations. When a new interaction begins, it assigns the persona with the strongest predicted outcome for that specific customer. As more interactions complete, the model keeps refining which combinations work.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
